We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! Our extended family of eight loved having plenty of space with four comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms – a luxury when traveling with a large group.

The outdoor area was a highlight: peaceful canal views, a great pool and hot tub, plenty of seating, and a fantastic outdoor grill that made dinners outside easy and enjoyable.

We spent so much time relaxing by the water!
Inside, the theater room was a huge bonus and perfect for family movie nights. The home was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, relaxing getaway in Cape Coral!

Sanibel House

Tom’s place was great and exactly as described. Enough room for the big family of 15. Kids loved the pool area. The house was super clean at check in.

It was equipped with all necessary stuff like fully equipped kitchen, board games for kids and beach chairs and toys.Nice and safe private neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Great communication with the host. Everyone liked the place.

Perfect for our family getaway! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to extra blankets and linens.

The property meet our expectations—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully laid out, and spacious. Unlike other rentals we’ve experienced in Cape Coral, it had a warm, welcoming vibe rather than feeling hollow or impersonal.

The pool area was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun.

The host was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve a minor issue we encountered. Overall, a great stay!

Hi, we’re Tom and Rachelle! We’ve been happily married for nearly 30 years and are parents to four sons, as well as proud Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop to seven grandchildren.

We’re members of Christian Rise Up Kings & Queens and value family, faith, and creating a welcoming environment for others. We enjoy sharing our space and helping guests feel comfortable and at ease during their stay.

Ministry Appreciation Program

We set aside one week each month to give back by offering a stay free of charge to Christian ministries, creating space for clergy and ministry leaders to enjoy meaningful, well-deserved time away with their families.

Many devoted men and women pour their lives into serving others and advancing the Gospel, often without the benefit of significant financial resources. This is our small way of supporting them — by providing rest, renewal, and time together in a peaceful place.
